License Agreement

This License Agreement is made and entered into by and between Wonderful Days, a Texas Non-Profit Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor" ) and ______________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee").

Wonderful Days, a Section 501c (3) tax exempt organization as defined in the Internal Revenue Code, is a corporation duly chartered by the State of Texas as a non-profit corporation. Wonderful Days has developed a sexual purity for marriage presentation designed to encourage youth to remain sexually pure and abstinent for their wedding day. Wonderful Days hereby licenses its video to Licensee to present to youth in compliance with the terms of this License Agreement.

Licensee desires to secure a license to show the video presentation to as many youth as Licensee can feasibly present to each year, but at least five (5) presentations per year to groups composed of at least fifteen (15) youth per presentation for at least three (3) consecutive years.

In consideration for Licensor's providing the video to Licensee, Licensee agrees to present the video in showings to groups of youth of at least fifteen (15) per group at least five (5) times per year. If Licensee presents the video at least these five (5) times per year for three (3) years, then at the end of the three (3) year term the video will belong to Licensee who can then retain such and use the video at any time for presentations to youth.

In the event Licensee does not show the presentation to youth for at least five (5) times in any of the three (3) years, Licensee will immediately return the video to Licensor, and Licensee will pay for the postage and shipping costs associated therewith.

Licensee may not alter or amend or take any portions from the video or copy any parts thereof without the prior written permission of Licensor. The written permission shall be in hard copy form. No electronic mail permission may be used. You, as Licensee, may use any of the ideas and methods shown in the video to develop your own live, abstinence presentation - even exact wording if you desire.

Licensor encourages Licensee to show the video to as many youth as possible in an effort to help these youth make healthy decisions and avoid problems associated with premarital sexual activity such as sexually transmitted diseases, out of wedlock pregnancies, emotional scars and damaged character.

Venue for all purposes relating to this License Agreement shall be in Tarrant County, Texas

Signing this agreement this ______ day of __________, 20___, Licensor and Licensee covenant and agree to all of its terms and conditions.
